The 2024 Rio ARC Hamfest was a rousing success. We had over 15 vendors attend selling items from radios, and antennas, to tubes and computers. Over 70 people attended the only Hamfest in the Rio Grande Valley. We had attendees who traveled from the Austin area to the valley to participate in this event.

Many prizes were given including an HF radio, the Xiegu X6100 HF transceiver. Many wanted it but only one ticket out of 50 would win. Of course, many other prizes were given, and many were donated by the vendor.
